Shipping Methods

International Wing Chun Academy Merchandise offers a variety of different shipping methods through Australia Post. The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and there is no guarantee that your order will be received within the estimated delivery timeframe.

The International Wing Chun Academy (the 'Academy') is not responsible for items which are lost in the mail. All items shipped within Australia are sent via Express Post and a tracking number can be provided to you upon request.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs include a $2.00 handling and packaging fee. Care has been taken to ensure that shipping costs are fair and accurate, but no refunds will be offered in the case that the actual shipping cost is less than the amount paid during checkout.

Dynamic Shopping Cart

For your convenience, the dynamic shopping cart to the top right of the page provides an estimated shipping cost for Express Post to an Australian address (excluding training vouchers, which are sent in a stamped envelope by default). This may differ from the final shipping cost determined during checkout if you choose another shipment method, such as International Post.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. The Academy reserves the right to take up to 10 business days to process and ship your order, and is not obliged to provide a refund for any un-shipped orders within this period of time.

Duties and Taxes

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. The Academy cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes.
